The Myth of the Perfect Decision:
Why Waiting for the Right Moment Keeps You Stuck

«What if I regret it?»
«What if I’m making the wrong choice?”
If you recognize yourself in these questions, you’re not alone.
Many people remain stuck for months—or even years—waiting for certainty that never arrives. They analyze every detail, gather more information, ask for advice, and wait for the “perfect moment.”
The problem is simple:
That perfect moment does not exist.
Meanwhile, time passes, opportunities change, and what could have been a step forward becomes a missed opportunity.
Not choosing is still a choice
There is a paradox when it comes to decisions.
We often think that postponing a choice means avoiding it.
In reality, the opposite is true.
Not deciding is already a decision.
It is the decision to let circumstances, time, or other people decide for you.
Francis Bacon once pointed out that choosing when to act is already a way of saving time—and life.

The real problem isn’t making the wrong decision
Many people stay stuck because they are searching for the perfect decision.
But life doesn’t work that way.
The best decisions are not perfect.
They are conscious decisions aligned with who you are and what you want to build.
You don’t need every answer before you begin.
You need direction and the courage to take the first step.
The question that changes everything
The real question is not:
“Do I have enough information?”
The real question is:
“Do I have the courage to take the first step?”
Because most of the time, deep down, you already know the direction.
What is missing is not clarity.
It is mobilization.
You simply need to start moving something:
a decision
a conversation
a first step.
And very often, that first movement unlocks everything else.
